Character & Leadership Development programs encourage young people to support their Club and community, build and sustain relationships with others, develop good character and positive self-image and respect other cultural identities. These programs include:
Torch Club is a leadership club which empowers our members to positively influence their Club and community, sustain meaningful relationships with others and develop self-esteem. Torch Club members learn to elect officers and work together to implement activities in four areas: service to Club and community, education, health and fitness, and social recreation.
Keystone Club is a leadership and service club for boys and girls aged 14 to 18. Keystone is the Boys & Girls Clubs most dynamic teen program. Members elect officers and engage in a broad spectrum of activities – from character & leadership development to career development to fun and fitness.
